Do it yourself home improvements

I have recently been thinking about selling my house and as with a lot of things similar to this have been attempting to work out what the best path to make the house look good before we either sell our house or stay in it for a bit longer. I started by looking at different rooms in the house and thinking about what I could do to better them and iron out the issues I might have had about them.

The heart of my house is the kitchen so I began by looking at the kitchen layout, we have a fitted kitchen which is quite east to use with a useful work space (fortunately I talked to a local kitchen business about kitchen planning before buying). The floor had problems with only lino layed which had got a little chewed up as I had shoved washing machines and fridges about in it. I sought out some tiling advice from a local business to get the floor tiles that would blend in with the kitchen units without making the room appear to dark (just a few of the little things you have to consider when you want to sell your house, initial impressions need to be just right within the short time somebody has to view your house).

I then needed to ensure the bathroom looked good, my bathroom layout was a bit cramped because of some fitted cupboards which once removed gave me a lot more space (which if you are going on first impressions could help sell my house). Once again I went down to the local tiler for some good tiling advice and used larger light tiles which appeared to open the space in the bathroom, just one of the many things to be considering when buying bathroom tiles.

I then went through the house and decorated with a neutral light colour which drew the rooms out and gave the whole house a new look. I then took out as much stuff as I could and boxed everything that wasn’t necessary away in the garage. Finished result, a house that I wanted to remain in, but after just a few viewings brought to me from an online property site I have got some serious interest, so heres hoping ill be able to sell my house soon.

Pink Soho

Soho – district in Manhattan noted for its old warehouses converted into restaurants, galleries and theaters.

Why would Coach name this line Soho? Simply put, it’s a classic design brought back to life in a way that only Coach could produce. These amazing vintage mini bags, wallets, and purses are perfect for fine dining, art gazing and for placing in your lap at a theater.

The Black Soho Coach Bag is the hallmark of a woman’s delicate elegance and fortitude. That is why the Soho is so special. This line is the best of the best. As in vintage, it comes from the finest line of Coach Purses. It is the best of the past complimenting the trends of today. It represents the quality of past techniques and designs coupled with the diversity of today.

I have a black Signature Coach with the soft leather trim and silver buckles Soho. I love this bag. This is the bag I use daily. It compliments everything in my closet. It is perfect for all occasions, whether a trip to the grocery store, work or an evening out, you really cannot go wrong with Coach Soho Multi Print Wallet.

She did not become a classic because she is cheap; she became a classic because she comes from an exceptionally fine line of Coach. The Soho line is the best of the best. This line is special because its design will continue to outlast any other. Speaking of outlasting; my Soho gets tossed around, beat up and even withstands my two year old daughter.

Now the Soho that I have has a zip top and is a little more sophisticated than the flap design. Needless to say, the Soho with the flip top, made with tweed especially in brown, black or blue, is more modern day vintage because it really captures the characteristic styles of the late 70′s and early 80′s. The strap on my particular Soho is small enough to be held in your hand without looking unkempt.

Let’s face it; the 80′s were not all that glamorous. Florescent colors such as pink were only hot because they fit the social trends to deviate from the norm to explore our individualities. The Baby Boom era accelerated world industries by making goods faster and cheaper. However Coach knows that trends of the past are destine to return, so they put a little spin on the classic 80′s style making Soho’s in tweed. Tweed was originally called twill because it was made of unfinished woolen fabric woven into a twill pattern instead of a plain one.

In past eras tweed was a commodity because of its moisture-resistance and durability but soon became obsolete because the production and cost could not keep up with the worlds growing demands and industry boom. So they switched to materials such as polyester and cotton. Lucky for us Coach knows that quality is better than quantity and tweed as well as their other Signature materials will last. Maybe you haven’t noticed that a couch, not to be confused with Coach, made with tweed have withstood the years better than the cheap cost effective ones. This is what sets the Coach apart from the rest.

Coach’s are a little more expensive but you can be assured it will last. Whatever you personality happens to be: red, black, brown, orange, green, multi colored, small, large, mini purses, or wallets, Coach has something to fit your individuality. You can be assured that the Soho line and hobo design will last throughout the years, making the trends of today the classics of tomorrow.

The Black Coach Soho Signature Purse reminds me of Breakfast at Tiffany’s. Like Audrey Hepburn, her beauty, style and grace live forever as a vintage icon of what it means to be an individualized woman. The same can be said for the Soho. The varieties, quality and style will continue to dominate the accessory world making it ideal for just about any girl.

Bangkok Condos

Bangkok condos are very popular with the tourists who visit the area. Many people prefer to have a Bangkok condo rather than an individual dwelling because of the free lifestyle they offer. Condo owners do not have to mow grass or worry about exterior upkeep. The condo association charges a small monthly fee that is paid by the condo owners. These fees are then used for the upkeep and beautification of the condo units.

Bangkok condos are also popular for families who travel on business and spend several months away from home. These families do not want to spend their time in Bangkok living in a motel. They had much rather stay in a condo where they have all of the comforts of home without all of the hassle of the upkeep. Many people will purchase a condo in Bangkok that is available to them when they are in the country and then they will offer the condo for rental during the months they are away.

People who travel to Bangkok for vacation often prefer a Bangkok condo rental instead of a motel. With a condo they will have all of the amenities and facilities that they could expect from an expensive hotel but they will have the additional room the condo offers.

Some of the amenities that are offered in Bangkok condos are washer/dryers, cable television, multiple bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, kitchen facilities, telephones, refrigerators, air conditioners, and furniture. Most of the kitchens are modern and fully equipped with all of the updated appliances. You will have a microwave, oven, stove, and a full sized refrigerator instead of the small apartment sizes. Most condo complexes offer security service around the clock and most also have hot tubs and swimming pools.

You will also have a lot of closet space when you rent a condo versus a hotel room. Most of the modern condo units offer walk-in closets that are more than adequate to hold all of your clothing. Most units also have washers and dryers in the unit but some of them may have a laundry room on site that is available to you.

In recent years condo construction in the Bangkok area has increased because of the need for affordable housing that is available to the residents as well as the visitors. Many people travel to Bangkok and spend several months each year there doing business. Staying in a Bangkok condo rental just makes good sense because of the comfort and amenities.

Condo communities offer amenities that you would not be able to afford in a single family home. Most people are not able to afford the security and the amenities that come with the condo community. Most have swimming pools that are available for all of the condo owners and guests. Hot tubs are also available in many of the condo complexes. Many are also located centrally where it is easy to get around in the city. You will find that most condos are located near shopping areas and entertainment areas. This allows you to have access to the city without having to jump into a car to go where you want to go.
